Erie Arts and Culture's annual Ethnic Market Tours offer an insider’s look at some of Erie’s ethnic markets owned by New Americans. You will have the opportunity to talk to shop owners, sample products, and do some shopping at each location.
Tour Details:
- Morning Dates (10 AM-12 PM): June 1, July 13, August 3, September 7
- Evening Dates (3-5 PM): July 20, August 17, September 21
- Duration: Approximately 2 hours
- Locations: We will visit markets such as Almadina Supermarket, Europa Delicatessen, Fadak International Food Market, UK Supermarket, and more!
- What to Expect: A mix of short walking and driving, engaging with store owners, learning about their cultures, and the opportunity to shop. Each tour ends at a New American restaurant for those who wish to stay for a meal.
